- Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
- Carrier: UPS or FedEx
- Details: For when you need tools and supplies delivered faster than standard.
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
- Carrier: UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight
- Details: Our fastest option for urgent deliveries.
- Pickup Time: Same or next business day
- Location: 60 S 24th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203
- Details: Available for local customers who prefer to pick up their orders directly from L&M Sales and Supply.
- Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
- Eligibility: Orders over $250
- Details: Qualifying orders ship free—because we like to make things easy for the pros.

Inventory & Lead Times
We update inventory and lead time details daily to maintain accuracy—but they may change as orders are processed throughout the day. If your order includes both in-stock and out-of-stock items:
- In-stock items will ship first.
- Backordered items will ship separately once available.
- Shipping costs are charged in full at the time of your order and are not affected by split shipments.
Shipping Information Entry
Please note the following to ensure smooth delivery:
- UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. All orders must include a complete street address, city, state, and ZIP/postal code.
- If you have special instructions, please include them during checkout.
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information, including postal code verification.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer-entered information:
- You will be responsible for return shipping fees and re-shipment costs.
- If you choose not to re-ship the package, the order will be subject to standard return policies, including applicable restocking fees.
International Orders
At this time, L&M Sales and Supply only ships to the United States and Canada.
If you choose to use a freight forwarding company:
- L&M Sales and Supply is not liable for any exchanges or losses with the forwarding service.
- Once delivery is confirmed by UPS or a freight carrier, L&M Sales is no longer responsible for the package.
- Please note: Warranties apply only to merchandise used within the United States.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipments
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time:
- UPS Shipments: 6–8 business days
- Freight Shipments: 9–12 business days
If using a freight forwarding company, the same conditions as above apply—L&M Sales is not responsible after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
